Using a Purchase Order

To complete your purchase using a purchase order, please submit a request through our Contact Us Form. Be sure to include the following:

  • The items you'd like to order

  • Your shipping address

  • Your contact information (name, phone number, and email)

  • Your organization’s name

  • Tax-exempt documentation (if applicable)

Once we receive your request, our team will provide a formal quote that you can use to issue your purchase order.

Payment can be made by check or credit card.
