SeeMeFlags in Augusta, Maine Making it Safer for Pedestrians to Walk and Get Lobsters

The Chief of Police of Augusta, Jared Mills,  highlights the new SeeMeFlags that were installed in an effort to make his streets safer for pedestrians.
